Emily Haenselman is an associate at Legacy Law Group. She assists clients in the areas of trust and probate administration; and limited conservatorships.

Emily is active in our legal community. She serves as a board member for Women Lawyers of Sacramento. She also volunteers for Operation Protect and Defend, a program of the local bench and bar committed to enriching civic education in the public schools. She is a member of California Women Lawyers; State Bar of California, Trust and Estates Section; and Sacramento County Bar Association, Probate and Estate Planning Section. She earned her law degree from University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
